During the First Trimester which is zero to twelve weeks.
During the first trimester of pregnancy women can expect their r body to start going through many changes. The body and its hormones have to change to make room for the baby. One of the main things you can be expecting during the first trimester is to be very fatigued and tired. Try to rest as much as you can. You may also notice that you have to urinate much more than ever before. This shall subside somewhat during the second trimester but will return in the third.
Another very common thing you could experience during the first trimester is morning sickness. It is common to not only be nauseated in the morning but all throughout the day. At this time the fetus is most vulnerable to be harmed from substances like alcohol, any sort of drugs, medications, and even illness that the mother might have. It is during this time the mother’s body and the fetus are changing quickly.
During the Second Trimester which is thirteen to twenty eight weeks.
Women find that the second trimester is the most joyous and comfortable of the three semesters. You might experience indigestion often during the second trimester, so try to eat a little less each meal, but eat more meals. During these weeks of the second trimester the unborn baby has now developed all of his organs and and systems. They now will begining their growth and weight gain. Remember during the second trimester that whatever you put in your body will get passed to the baby/fetus thru the umbilical cord.

The Third Trimester which is twenty nine to forty weeks
During the third trimester the mother might start to feel the following discomforts: cramping of the legs and pains throughout the back, as well as pressure on your bladder causing the need to urinate frequently. At this time the baby / fetus is still continuing its growth. Its lungs have been formed and are maturing. The baby’s height should be around 20 inches. The baby can now hear and see, it might start sucking his thumb and the brain is still growing and developing.
